STAR BLAZER (2023)

Wool, silk dupioni, silk/poly taffeta, buttons

With this project, I practiced draping a blazer from scratch, a structured piece that was boxy and sat away from the body. The star motif on the back and pocket add dimension, especially with the stuffing that pops it out from the shell of the jacket.
