FLOW (2025)
Silk chiffon, silk threadFinishing techniques are incredibly important on garments, especially ones where these finishes are visible. As silk chiffon is very sheer, I incorporated finishing techniques into the very design, piecing squares and triangles on the bias together with french seams to make a handkerchief skirt, and finishing the bottom with a baby hem. The fabric flows as if it were made of water, skimming the body and moving with it.
